Pictures and description are WRONG - NO button
The pictures for this item are wrong!! It includes a pic of the BOTTOM door closer with the big white button you step on to keep the door open. THIS IS THE TOP closer that DOES NOT have the button you tap with your foot to hold the door open!!! It fits the bottom, but I didn’t realize it wasn’t the item I thought I was ordering until I cut the packaging open because there is an inside cardboard piece with info on it that blocks some of the view of the item inside. Size not as advertised
I purchased the storm door closer as a replacement. Lowes advertised the size as 13.25 inches. However, the actual size received is 12.58 inches. I was able to make an adjustment on the door in order to install the closer.

Works well and installed easily.
The screen hold gas shock function works well and installed easy enough. It opens and closes smoothly and when it's necessary to keep the storm door open, it held the door without losing locked position.

OPENER ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION AND AWAITS THE DOOR WHICH WAS MEASURED BUT NOT FILED. SO A NEW DOOR COULD NOT BE ORDERED. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS.
