Great product needs better install instructions.
The product is exceptional. Staff on site in the department was great and helpful ….once I could get with them at the store. I did have a lot of confusion in the delivery process, as communications from Lowe’s and FedEx didn’t always match. But everything arrived in great shape. Product instructions weren’t as complete and as comprehensive as they should be. Thankfully, I’ve installed blinds before and knew what to do. But better installation instructions would be better.
