High Quality Faucet with an Achilles Heel
The faucet appears to work extremely well and would have rated five stars were it not for the plastic spray selector switch breaking off in the first few months. I've managed to repair with super glue on a few occasions but it has become resistant. Will need to try silicone next.

Hose leaks after a few years and apparently can't be replaced. So much for a warranty. After a long Google search, apparently this is not uncommon.

Touch less function super glitchy
Love the design and look of the faucet. Installation was easy. We could not get the touchless function to not be glitchy no matter what we tried. We’d use the handle and it would turn on for 2 seconds and immediately turn off. We got so frustrated we returned it and got the same faucet without the touchless option. Much happier now

Use your own AA batteries-expect to replace often.
Works well with increased water pressure. What I did not like about this product is that they include 4 - AA batteries and I feel they should not. I put this product together 100% correctly and water did not come out. After checking everything, I replaced these batteries and water immediately came out. Simply do NOT include batteries and make the customer put 4 fresh AA batteries in when they buy this product, and they will have no issues.

Touchless stopped working too soon
Loved the touchless feature but it has stopped working and we’ve only had the faucet a couple of weeks. I’m very disappointed. Hopefully, Lowe’s/Kraus makes this right. I would try the same model as we liked everything else about it.
