Great Sealant

I used this stuff to repair a rubber roof to my office building. Great product! It went on very well and coated a larger area than I thought it would.

Went on easy with a squeegee

This not only works as a reflective coating is al sealed pretty well. 5 gallon silicone. I had a Contractor come do it. Contractor said it spread very easily

Works on almost anything and everything

This coating tested the boundary of my DIY growth. The directions were many and the dos and don'ts just what I need to escape from my fear of screwing up this project. Now that it is done so glad I took my own dare to take on this project. And, with a 7 year warranty its a keeper.

Good smooth coating

This is a great product (I've used it before). It applies evenly and dries quickly. This product was shipped (generally I pick it up at the store). I was very impressed with the shipping, it arrived in perfect condition (I was concerned).

Quality roofing finish coat

Great coating for a metal roof

This product works wonders. It really helps with cooling a structure that has a metal roof. I've used other brands that seemed to lay on too thin. This KoolSeal seems to lay thicker.

Looks like it should work well.

I used this on the roof of a metal shed we have at the track. I applied it with a roller, I think it would be better to use a sprayer if you could. With the metal shed I did what I could do. You can't walk on it and it's not flat. This stuff dried fairly quickly since it is summer and in full sun, and it looks like it is going to do very well. 2 coats would be ideal, but one might still do the trick. If I could have walked on the roof and used a sprayer, this would be amazing.

Great sealant

This stuff works great. It’s kind of sticky to work with but it seals up beautifully. Wear a mask because it smells like it means business. I used it to seal up my RV roof, might not be what it was intended for but it worked like a charm.
