Priced too high for broken parts

Purchased today but discovered the bottom piece had 2 pieces with broken spot welds, customer service no help, put part several parts together with self tapping screws. seem well built to you get in the box.

We have had this system for about two years now. Unfortunately, when we placed them all together along the wall in our garage, so that the countertops are flush together, it prevents the doors from opening. The way the doors are designed is for each unit to be freestanding not to be used as one installed unit. good black friday price if you dont mind damage

Box in good condition but the parts are bent. How do you manage this Lowers? I had to use a mallet on a side panel, the base where the right door mounts and one of the shelves. No way was I wasting gas only to play the lotto again. Darn shame.

Great looking sturdy cabinet

The cabinet is very sturdy. Assembly was very easy for one person. There are lots of convenient helps such as screws already in place for pieces that slot together. I would recommend using your socket wrench for the bolts on the casters instead of the little one that came with. It was not sized perfectly for the bolts. Anyway I would have liked higher quality brakes on the casters and swiveling casters all around instead of just in fromt, but other than that it is super sturdy and with that but...

Looks nice & works, but buy extra hardware first

Looks really nice, fairly stable on the wheels. Couple of things that keep it from being a 5 star is 1) there are 3 screws in each corner which are the last step of the process (corners under the doors) and each corner 3 or 4 of the 4 screws stripped when tightening. The are sheet metal to sheet metal and apparently the bottom sheet holes are a touch too large to allow tightening. I put a panel nut under a couple in each corner so at least some were tight but this was a but distressing. 2) ...

The boxes are just not good enough to protect the disassembled cabinet and really not packaged for shipping using USPS or UPS.
