Never knew I wanted a swivel plug.
I have an Bostitch air compressor that I connect my Kobalt impact to rotate the family vehicle tires. I like the addition with the Kobalt swivel plug because you can redirect in any direction without having to remove any kinks in the cord. It is a smooth turning motion can work woth it all day.
Nice swivel!
This Kobalt NPT swivel plug is great. I attached it to my air compressor and air gun without a problem. The swivel feature makes it simple much easier on the wrist. It moves around easily without having to pull on the compressor hose to get into the necessary position.
Nicely designed swivel
The swivel adapter comes in very handy when the air tool you are using needs to fit into a confined space or is at an uncomfortable angle. It is nicely finished, constructed for lasting durability and easy to install. A short nipple will be needed to attach this fitting since most air tools have female threads for the air hose connector or quick connect fitting. Close inspection of the fitting showes the hole in the swivel is not restriced when the swivel is in any extreme position as shown. ...
Works perfect
It's a Kobalt product, so you get exactly what you want from it. It's simple, and if you have a need for this, you will enjoy it. My hose doesn't kink as much and I easier to maneuver now. Easy to install and use. I used some plumbers tape to ensure there was no air leakage, but hey that's just me being extra cautious. Great product.
Handy extension
Arrived in good condition and well packaged. I attached to my small air compressor on the main supply line, and also at the air feed end to compare most useful application for me. You can see attachment options in photos. I found the most effective attach point on air control feed end because valve stems on motorcycles are often difficult angles or positions. This Kobalt swivel attachment makes airing up easier.
Great swivel connector for Air Hose
This swivel connector works well to prevent hose tangling. swivel moves easily, no binding. appears to be made of good quality metal and engages my quick disconnects easily. prevents hose from coiling up and catching on everything
Nice design
Kobalt #0235466 NPT Swivel Plug Female. This swivel plug has 1/4 NPT female threaded inlet and 1/4 plug quick coupler. This swivel plug has an industrial rating and is interchangeable with Milton "M" style, Amflo type "D", Camel type "D", and Truflate I/M style. This swivel plug rotates 360 degrees allowing more mobility of tool and comfortable tool usage. The 360 degrees swivel also protects against premature hose failure and fatigue from kinking. This swivel plug is perfect for all air tools. ...
Amazing little swivel plug
I was looking for a way to help end some of the fatigue with my air floors as well as extend the life of the air hose and this little swivel does the trick quite well. Just add some white tape to the fitting, screw it into your air tool, and away you go. Holds well - no leaks and the swivel function is great!
easy to install
Installed this on a brad gun, worked great and easy to install. It makes it easy while using the brad gun, so the air hose doesn't get tangled up. It really would be nice if they made this with a male end instead of the female end. Because most air tools have a female connection on them.
