What Customers Are Saying

Customers are sharply divided on this grease gun. About half praise its dual pistol-lever design, flexible hose, rigid steel tube, and ergonomic feel for reaching tight spaces and reducing strain. Many highlight sturdy construction, air release button, and retaining clip as quality features. However, nearly half report critical failures: the gun won't pump grease, loses prime constantly, or arrives defective. Several customers spent hours troubleshooting or disassembled the unit on a workbench without success. A few mention missing components. Overall, design excellence competes with widespread performance defects.

After one use the coupler can no longer lock tight enough onto the zerk, hence grease goes everywhere around it. So, I want to replace the coupler but does anyone know the size of the coupler?
