Kobalt's 23-piece IMPACT socket set includes a professional assortment of SAE and metric, 1/2-inch drive sockets paired with a 1/2-inch drive extension, a 3/8in x 1/2in adapter and a hex shank adapter, making it a great addition to any heavy equipment mechanic's toolbox. These sockets are made from chrome vanadium steel with a durable impact-grade black oxide finish which helps to prevent corrosion. All sockets are 6-point, which reduces the risk of rounding off your fastener during use.

You have to trust on Kobalt, they do good tools and equipments. But this sockets for my 1/2” Kobalt impact driver, let me tell you they feel very strong they are made of chrome and are thick, they not break easy. Highly recommended!
