Why Discontinued?

Why is it discontinued? I have one and was looking to buy another! Will it come back?

Maneuverability issues.

This mower has plenty of power, cuts smoothly, 2 batteries and a dual charger are excellent. The mower does not maneuver easily. my yard has multiple garden beds that this mower is difficult to redirect or cut a curved path. For large areas with straight lines, this is an excellent mower. The walking speed control would best be a rheostat integrated into the control handle.

Better than a gas mower

This is more powerful and more efficient than any gas mower I've ever owned.

Excellent Mower replacement for gasoline mower

This mower performs very well and is intuitive to operate. It is powerful and efficient with regard to battery usage. It is also well made.

Not working

I have to call for warranty I find out it is the old model. I don’t know they can fix it or not, if not I will returned it. because one side battery doesn’t work. I use only two minutes then off..

Self Propelled Stopped Working

I have a lot of Kobalt tools and really like them so I decided to go electric with it yard equipment. I bought this mower in March 2026 and after three uses (July 2026) the self propelled feature stopped working. Never had this problem with a gas powered mower.

Weak performance, not built to last

I had mine for 1yr and 1 week before I had to return it under warranty. Since then the price has increased by over $350! Despite a full charge, clean deck & blades, and fully extended grip bar, it simply stopped turning on. Unfortunately the blades would jam up very frequently - electric lawnmowers just don’t have the cutting power that your gas mower will. They cost more, don’t last as long, and are much less powerful. Lesson learned.

So purchased this mower April 23. The first three times using it was good, impressive actually. On the forth time using it, the right self propelled wheel stopped turning. So clean with a blower like it says to do. Take the wheel off and clean out debris. Then one of the handle for self propel doesn't work,, then the right wheel has what seems like half power. Misses tall stalks

I like the mower for coming with three hugs battieries that provide good battery life, BUT I hate that I have to go over the same path 3-4 times in different directions to get all the tall stalks. I didn’t have this issue with my previous battery powered mower of another brand. I also don’t like that it doesn’t have a side shoot, and it’s difficult to back up. Very disappointing for the price.
