What Customers Are Saying
The product has a flexible head and long handle that allow for accessing tight spaces and provide good leverage. The 72-tooth design enables quick, precise movements. Customers report the grip is comfortable and the construction is of good quality. However, some users have experienced durability issues, with the ratchet mechanism breaking or malfunctioning after limited use, even under light loads. The product may be best suited for light-duty DIY use rather than professional or heavy-duty applications.

broke afer couple uses, ratch handle very thin ,ratchet head very undersized compared to the previous 1/2 kolbalt ratch which I had used for years
It’s a lil expensive but it’s well worth it
It’s okay it’s a lil bit to big but it does get the job done

Awful
Used twice. First time to remove caliper bolts. Next was caliper bracket bolts. Snapped the head right off. Really wish the would keep 337323 18in long handle ratchet is stock. Had that one for over 10 years. This one didnt last but a day. If you have the 337323 buy a rebuild kit because this one's trash.

Very unhappy with quality and store stock.
I have five of these and I'm very upset that they never have them in stock for replacement. I just wish the quality would be a little better they just constantly break. I'm an auto mechanic technician and I know the limits of the tool, I do not misuse them. The tool could really use a redesign. Help

Have you started designing a new model yet? Have you warranted all your old stock yet? Are you still producing this same model with countless reviews stating design flaws? Not a dig at y’all. I Want to see y’all be successful!
