It is EXTREMELY SENSITIVE to operate! It takes both hands to keep operating, one on the trigger, one on the forward handle.

Nothing. Life is not perfect. I just moved on.
I never received the hedge trimmer. I finally gave up receiving it. I contacted Chase and they credited my card for the cost of the hedge trimmer. I called Lowe's national/corporate customer service number and talked to an agent about not having any communication about my purchase. It was a conversation that went nowhere. She said we have no record of your purchase. I said how can that be true when the amount of the purchase is on my Chase card?

Great while it works
It works great while it works. It only lasts about 2 years though. I have had three now and the latest one stopped working this spring. Will probably switch to Milwaukee as they have a warranty with theirs that they will replace it if it stops working.

Kobalt Hedge Trimmer
First year no problem. I think I pruned 3 bushes. Second year I went to prune some monkey grass in the edge of the flowerbed and about half way through it started smoking. I was not pushing it too hard and feel that this should not have failed so quickly. I will buy something different this time. Very disappointed!!
