Klein Tools Utility Borescope

Horrible image quality.

Bought this to try and trace some cables in my walls and ceiling. Unboxed it and powered it up and the image is so bad it’s useless. The glare from the led lights is so bad that you can’t see anything more than a few millimeters in front of the camera. Will be returning it.

Bad programming

I purchased this product. At first it worked fine but when I started utilizing the various features different displays on the screen would appear abnormal or not at all. Various controls would be unresponsive unless I reset the device. Eventually after I tried to delete my photos the screen went black (but clearly still on) and would not respond to control. Even holding the power button. Clearly there is some level of fault in the coding if I can't even navigate the menu without it freezing. I w...

Sent a Used and Defective Unit

I ordered this borescope this week and was delivered yesterday. I opened the shipping container to find the box unsealed(see photo) and 3 photos still in the history of the camera (see photo). Photos were date time stamped 20260701 and 20260702. I connected the camera and it will not recognize it. So not only is it a used item, it is defective. NOW I have an hour drive to the nearest Lowe's to deal with the issue.

Clear screen resolution..

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and i am suprised at the quality of the picture,and over all durability of the unit...completely satisfied.
