It accurately and reliably measures and displays the USB port voltage, current, capacity, energy, and resistance simultaneously. Overpriced Garbage (not working)
This is why I don't purchase overpriced American garbage. I could have a working USB-C tester for 1/10 this price, and there's a better chance of it working out of the box. Klein... this is hot garbage. Take this terrible USB Digital Multimeter off your website - the thing averages 2 stars.

If USB-C isn't working for you, you probably have swapped the input and output.

ET920 USB-C doesn't work
Purchased this product for camping to ensure all 12v devices from USB-C and USB-A are powered. USB-C input forsnt work, USB-A woks. Reading reviews this is a known problem. Waste of money, time and effort. Now trying to get money back and will seek another manufacturer.

Works well
I purchased this meter to verify the charging capabilities of a planned embedded charging system in a desk and confirm the difference in charging my iPhone on USB-A vs USB-C. The meter functioned as expected. The female USB-C connector is not quite as tight as I'd prefer, but is good enough (tested with a range of different quality-brand cables). The male USB-C connector and both USB-A connections are firm. Overall, I'm satisfied with the meter and would recommend it.

USB C side of tester is non operational
I purchased 4 of the ET920 USB Digital Multimeters for my corporate service department. Sadly all 4 units fail to operate. The USB A side functions while the USB C side does not. In a test, I ran the power through the Output side and the meter functioned. It appears they are wire incorrectly. Not good for test equipment. Highly disappointed in the product.

USB-C does not work at all; USB-A does
Thought I might have just gotten a defective one; so I returned it for another and both behaved the same way. I've loved all Klein Tools I've purchased before this. The USB-A tester side worked but USB-C would not work on any combination of USB-C power blocks/cables/devices that I tried. All combinations of power blocks/cables/device worked when the tester was not in the chain so I have no clue why it cannot measure the current going through the circuit.
