This Klein cable skinning knife is a quality piece but Lowe's listing shows it to be a 4-Pack, having references to it being a four pack in multiple places. It Is NOT. It is for a single item. Price is great for a 4-pack, not so much for a single item. The replacement blades are pricey too.

Excellent linemen’s/electricians
I’ve had this for several years and it’s perfect for skinning cable and heat shrink off pin connectors and slices mule tape easily. Only drawback is the pocket clip, It catches easily on aerial harness and bends easily but eventually breaks. If this was replaceable like the blades it’s a 10/10

Again if it's made by Klein I am biased but this blade is really amazing for stripping wire as well as other things. I replaced my regular pocket knife with this Klein blade and cary it everyday and use it for everything. Not too expensive either very fair price!
