One Surprise -- It's even quieter than expected!
As expected delivery process end to end -- on time delivery, great service with install, works like a charm. First time experience with the "three shelf" fad and wasn't sure we'd like it, but it's actually great, and we use it all the time for lids, measuring cups, oddly sized utensils.
