Easy to use and install remote controlled window u
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The keystone window AC unit is perfect for my needs. It cools well. It's remote controlled and it plugs into a standard outlet. No special wiring needed. I set this up in my work garage and it was perfect for summer heat in Texas. It can get a bit loud but it's not a concern for me since I'm using it in the garage. Overall a great unit

Does not cool
Bought this unit in April when it was cooler. It seems to add more heat to the room than it can cool. When the compressor is running the air coming out of it is very cool. The problem is that it only does that for 5 minutes and then the compressor shuts off. The fans run for 20 or 30 minutes just blowing warm air before the compressor kicks in. I would not recommend this unit at all.

I'm really impressed with the energy efficiency of it, with rising costs in everything it's nice to know I can expect to save a bit with this unit.
