Keystone 3 speed?
This Keystone KSTAD354F dehumidifier does not work as well as the Toshiba I replaced. It is not a three speed and is not quiet. and runs almost continuously. So far it is unable to get a 24 x 75 basement room (open on one side( down below 48 % humidity. The old one would get to 40% in a hurry and shut off. I am glad I got the three year warranty because I can not see this one lasting that long. The only way it could be a 3 speed is if off is counted as a speed. Makes me wonder if they sent me ...

P2 Error right out of the box, won't work
the dehumidifier doesnt work, gives a P2 Error as soon as it's plugged in. I called the manufacturer help line, only to get an answering machine. I left a message and still haven't received a call. Don't waste your money on this.

P2 error right out of the box
This unit is trash right out of the box. plugged it in & got a P2 Error, which means the tank is full... it is empty, it's brand new and won't function. Keystone customer service line doesn't respond, an answering machine tells you there are no customer service representatives.. and that's it!

Get Little Giant VCMA-20 for continuous operation!
For the 22 or 35 pint models, you could add a Little Giant VCMA-20 pump for continuous upward drainage operation. It took about an hour to set up and now when the Little Giant is full it pumps the condensate in to the utility sink that's next to the washer.

ONLY 50 Pint has the pump for upward drainage.
ONLY the 50 pint model has the built-in pump for continuous upward drainage ALL models there's only 2 speeds, regular & turbo. Pump button and pump ONLY on 50 pint model. If button 3 (Comfort) is on you can't set the humidity level. Some people thought the unit was broken because they couldn't set the humidity level. 22 pint model's bucket is half the size of the 35 & 50 pint units. SEE PIC OF CONTROLS It seems like it's going to be a good unit.
