Order a unit larger than the specs indicate.

Product literature claims unit adequate for a 1500SF space. Installed in a 1200SF area but the unit cannot reduce humidity below 50 - 60% RH while running continuously with high fan set to "Turbo". I even installed a 20" floor fan to improve air circulation without success.

Compact & quiet, but not very effective

It's a good size (compact) unit, and quieter than my other dehumidifier. The problem: It's not all that effective in removing moisture. (I decided to use two in my house due to the floor plan. Got tired of moving the one back and forth between rooms.) This one isn't nearly as effective (or speedy) as my older one. Also, the humidity sensor is way off. Will return and try another brand.

In the description provided, it clearly states, includes a drain hose, it did not. Other than that, its fine.

I like everything about this model, especially the water bucket, it has a nice handle and even when the bucket is full of water the handle is well balanced.

Stated drain hose in box.

On product specifications said a drain hose comes with it. No drain hose in box. Not referring to a water hose. Said yes a drain connection and just under that a drain hose and yes. There was no such thing in the box.
