How can i possibly evaluate a product i just installed? If it is still running well in a decade, I can evaluate it. The unit this replaced worked flawlessly for 15 years. So far, this replacement has worked as expected for two weeks. Any rating today would be meaningless.

sent the wrong 80 pound brick

ordered a very specific item it cost more than a lot of others within its range. I ordered this specific one due to its cable a 6-15p. They sent me the HD model with a 6-20p. I mean of course. why would lowes get anything right..

Test your unit!

The first one I ordered was a dud - no cold air. Had to wait almost a week for a new one to arrive but it was around 4th of July so I'm sure the postal service was extra busy. Lowes processed my refund and took the defective unit back even though it was not in the original packaging. Cools my small office well, even in the hot Texas summer. I wish the sleeve (which you have to order separately) was longer so the unit didn't stick out from the office wall as much but it's not too bad.

Product Name is Incorrect

Would Not Recommend

I have a similar unit in my living room and it works fine. I ordered this for my bedroom, which requires a 115V plug. The name of this product says 115V; however, once we installed it, we realized it was a 230V! Very annoying to have to now return this unit and wait for a new one to be delivered!

The item got here fairly quick! The contractor showed up made the hole in my wall for the unit slid it in and then we realized its a freaking 240v plug!!! Which yhe title clearly says (115v)! So now im stuck with a hole in my wall and no a/c! Thank you!
