I bought this about 2 months ago. The toilet seat wont stay on. we tightened it and a few days later it get loose again. I called to try and get a replacement and was told that's not an option after paying 300 dollars.
Terrible quality
I have always used Kohler toilets, this is the first I have had problems with. Horrible leak from between the tank and base, Even tried a different (Fluid master) gasket and it still leaked like a sieve.

Great toilets and installation
I was nervous about buying these toilets because of all the comments in previous reviews about leaks. I called Kohler to ask if they have had problems with this toilet and they assured me they have not and that the only reason for a leak would be improper installation. Poor flash
I just installed this toilet and I pay $300. Some dollar is pretty nice toilet but every time we take a dump, you better clean the sidewalls yourself because it’s not enough water hitting the side walls only reason I’m not bringing this back because it’s too heavy and this is in the second floor . really really poor engineering come on guys. I know you guys can do better than this because you guys been this business long time if you cannot hire an engineer get the designed from American toilet
