Shower arm TOO short, not as advertised
Th shower arm that comes in the box is not what is shown on the box. The photo on the box is much longer. False advertising at its best. The short arm causes this to spray the back shower wall. If you try to aim It down, the shower head pops off the magnetic base. Also notice how all the 5 star reviews are “incentivized” free product reviews. Shouldn’t be allowed to boost star ratings. Bad business practice. Kohler should be sending all us customers a free longer shower arm.

Poor quality
For the price and the brand name I expected far better. Magnetic head very weak, which leads to the shower head falling down. The hose is very rigid and just plain ugly. Terrible option. Avoid.

Not Functional
I called our plumber to replace my shower valve and upgrade our shower fixtures to this product. I looked really nice. But once we turned the shower on we realized that shower arm was too short. We tried aiming the shower head down, even though there wasn't much room, but the magnet would lose its connection. I came to read the other reviews and saw this is a common complaint. Great way to update bathroom
Good quality and looks great in my bathroom. Ended up going and buying a second one for my second bath/shower in my home. The magnet works great, good water pressure. Nice way to update your bathroom.

Complete Garbage
The magnet that holds the shower can barely hold the weight of the shower head, bad design. 1 minute after installing the shower head fell off its magnet with the slightest touch, dropped to the floor and cracked. It is ridiculous that you spend this money on something and it is complete garbage.
