Looks good, but...
Water pressure is very low... For the handheld head, I'm not sure what it's supposed to do when the knob is turned all the way to the right - not shutting off, not flowing, the water just trickles.

WORST SHOWER KIT EVER!
This is the absolute worst shower kit. Everything is water saving and low-flow. Customer care (which is excellent by the way) is sending a new cartridge that may help but I’m now stuck with a shower head and hand held shower that is made of plastic , feels cheap and I can’t even rinse my long, thick hair easily. I just spent a lot of money on a bathroom renovation. It should feel luxurious when you take a shower. My old cheapo shower head was so much better. I feel like I’m showering in a cheap ...

Note: diverter lever is at the shower head height
Most people like the shower head mounted fairly high these days - just note that if a shorter person will be using this, it may be hard for them to reach the diverter to switch the water between the shower head and the hand shower. If you have people of different heights using this shower, you may want to consider a different kit with a separate diverter lever that can be mounted lower.

Turned green after less than a year of use
I bought this 3 years ago and have been slowly remodeling my bathroom. I finally began using the shower in the Fall of 2023 once I got shower doors installed. I just finished showering and noticed green oxidation on both shower heads. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of this product for the price paid.

Incorrect Product & Missing Pieces
Please note this review is not related to the quality of the product. It appears that this product was either returned and then reissued (and it wasn't checked & verified) or someone had swapped out the parts upon delivery to the local store before we picked up the box.
