Threads are made of cheap plastic, easily stripping and causing leaks that can not be repaired. Also not an ergonomic experience

Came Broken

i was reluctant to install because when i opened the box the knob which release the water [Front and Back] felt very hard and it was not moving smoothly ,but i still installed it since it was new and box packed and as soon as i opened the water ..boom ..only the front jet opened, when i did the setting to back wash, jet did not open and water squirted out from the knob, everywhere in bathroom. Kohler Purewash M100 Bidet

Unfortunately, I had to return it to the store due to the handle/knob leaking. Only had the unit for a week. I like the Kohler brand, as I own other items. However, this was disappointing. I would not recommend anyone purchasing this bidet.

Great to have and comes in handy.

I bought the PureWash M100 on August 12, 2023. I purchased it on AMZN. My initial impression was very good. The installation was simple and easy. All was going well until September 22. Upon returning home I found water all over the bathroom floor. I thought that one of the water line connections was leaking. I checked all lines and that was not the problem. Clean as a whistle

I used my current toilet seat no need to change it out and hooked up the water supply nothing else needed. The water is cold though. I enjoy this as it's summer time it's refreshing lol. My wife loves that it helps her feel clean when it's that time of the month and she could use a little rinse here and there. I should have got one sooner.
