Major Damage
We had this shower system professionally installed in our brand new house. Our plumber specifically recommended Kohler based on normal reliability of their products. We used this system no more than 10 times before water was pouring down into our living room. After further investigation, it was found that the diverted bath spout failed, causing a massive water leak. I will never recommend this product.
