Key piece missing from box
The item clearly states the shower valve would be included, but my contractor could not find it anywhere in the box. This is a key item that is needed to install the piece and the only option to get this resolved would be to contact the manufacturer, which would delay the entire project. Extremely disappointing as I would not expect this kind of mess up from Kohler.

Love this once we received the missing part
This set is absolutely beautiful and well made. We were impressed with how heavy it was while unboxing. Our box was factory sealed but did not contain installation instructions (found on Lowe’s website). We also realized during the install that it was missing a small square piece that is required to turn on the water. We called Lowe’s and they allowed us to check for the part in another box at Customer Service, but it was also missing. I called Kohler customer service who was quick to help. They...

Looks beautiful once installed. Appreciate detail
The spout specifications are not accurate. The source line was cut to 4.5" from 4.75" and yet the base does not sit against the wall.

Elegant Shower Head and Handle
The shower head is very big and the color of the fixtures looks rich. We really like the style of the showerhead and handle. We had a little trouble at first because we had to adjust the amount of hot and cold water that the handle would let in. Our first bath was lukewarm. But we followed the directions and made the adjustments. It works great!

Missing parts
This item came without a valve which was specifically identified in the product description. Box appeared unopened and still had the cord strapping. Very frustration after spending an evening driving to the store, browsing models and making a purchase.
