I ordered the Caxton rectangular sink based on the great reviews. It came in but had finish pit marks on the sink which looked like gray speckles. I returned it and ordered another one and it had the same issue. I returned it again and this time ordered the Ladena model which came in with no finish issues or defects.

The boxes look pristine when delivered, but when the cabinet people opened them, both boxes of product is broken into small pieces. I have photos of this. When I called Customer Service, they said I have to take it back to my local store. This is unacceptable as I have them delivered to my home, because I have a broken collarbone, and cannot lift.
