An excellent value, the Adair toilet features a striking organic design inspired by the windswept rock formations of Sedona, Arizona. A slim tank and pared-down oval forms make this compact, high-efficiency toilet perfect for smaller spaces. A 1.28-gallon flush provides significant water savings of up to 16,500 gallons per year, compared to a 3.5-gallon toilet, without sacrificing performance.

One-piece toilets integrate the tank and bowl into a seamless, easy-to-clean design
Elongated bowl offers added room and comfort
1.28 gallons per flush (GPF)
Comfort Height feature offers chair-height seating that makes sitting down and standing up easier for most adults
2-1/8-in glazed trapway
Standard left-hand Polished Chrome trip lever included
Cachet Quiet Close seat with Grip-Tight allows seat to close quietly and quickly unlatch from the toilet for easy removal and convenient cleaning
Single-flush gravity uses the force of gravity and a precision-engineered tank bowl and trapway to create a strong siphon during flushing
AquaPiston canister allows water to flow into the bowl from all sides (360 degrees) increasing the power and effectiveness of the flush

Very poor flush - even with the extended push on the handle for more water

Purchased this product from a plumbing supply in Oakland, CA. It was expensive good looking and professionally installed - BUT it has had five plug ups during the one year in use. I have used the extended flush cycle for the # 2 - which uses more water and under normal conditions the toilet will not flush down. It must be unplugged manually and flushed two or three times again. My other low boy toilet by Kohler never had such an issue. The flush is simply not strong enough. Now, the toile...

Nice Toilet but,

Would Recommend

Order the toilet and pick it up on Aug 30 2024 and finally got installed on Sept 24 2024 by the handyman that been working on my house, will the wax ring was missing along with the toilet seat so my handyman went to Lowes to order the seat with no charge it being sent to me (held on to the paper work). Was not execting this for popular toilet company Kohler. Overall nice toilet. So check for parts.

Not a quick release seat as stated

Would Recommend

The item says it includes “Cachet Quiet Close seat with Grip-Tight allows seat to close quietly and quickly unlatch from the toilet for easy removal and convenient cleaning”. However the 2 I purchased did not have the quick release, just the quiet close. The toilet is a fine toilet though.
