Never Fail Every Time

It really provides a water/moisture barrier from about anything you can throw at it. It is a game changer in restrooms and kitchens, floors, walls or ceiling, but I use it mainly on subfloors when I floor homes for customers

3 coats and still can see water stain... 3 coats!!!... I was looking for less expensive stain blocker than Shellac, but should have known, Shellac is the only way to go..
