We bought one on black Friday. Rode it 1400 feet and it quit. Took it back and Lowe's in Rockingham NC gave me another one that i found out was used. It to is junk. Im legally blind and crippled. I bought this cart do my home care nurse could take me around our park so i could get out of the house and get some fresh air. I have a tracheostomy and can't speak anymore. what is the dimensions of the tilting bed? Does it have a motor to tilt the bed? Can you interchange the tilting bed with two seats in between projects?

Why is this cart (Item 5402949) $1,852.62 more than the red cart,( item 5402948)? There are no other diferences than the color of the exterior. Red less than Gun metal?
