Just got off the phone after an hour wait to find out that only the light works with Alexa. Not the speaker. Not even with a hub, with the speaker work. The Bluetooth speaker is poor. Do yourself a favor, and just buy a smart light if you want to control it with alexa.
Everything went wrong
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I feel bad giving it a bad review since I wasn’t able to test the product itself (hence it being over a month since it was due), but that’s part of the problem. The box came with QR codes for installation instructions but the codes didn’t work. It said to download an app for further help, and the app didn’t work either. Asked for help, never got it. So, yeah, this was a big ole bust.

Colorful speaker

Cool smart home addition

I guess if you need multiple gadgets in one for control, this is a cool product to have. I don’t think a speaker is necessary for this but it’s definitely a cool feature!

Cool addition to the home

Keep in mind it’s recessed lighting, which not everyone likes. It’s easy to use and very versatile in terms of lighting. Would definitely add others to our home!

Cool product, not a life changer though

It also works with the SmartThings app. It wasn't as easy to install as I expected but it doesn't necessarily require a lot of tools or instructions or anything. It was just tricky getting the prongs in correctly.
