Easy to use
It is easy to use for my son who is entering into carpentry
Perfect circle!
It’s made really well and the mechanism locks down tight. You can make perfect circles with this! I’m using it to draw circles to cut out corn hole boards!
Works well for scribing profiles
The screw moves during use, so hold it with a thumb
Its a compass not a ruler.
Cheap crap. Seems like something you find at a flee market. I had to bend it for the pencil and pin to come together.

Ok, but moves a little
I bought this to scry wood for a custom windowsill, and it worked...ok. The adjustment doesn't hold tightly, so whenever I bumped it would move a little, which obviously defeats the point. The adjustment bar also sticks out a little, making the applications limited. If you were doing more traditional compass work I think it would be fine, but it was not the best tool for what I needed it for.
