Better than the last version

The added piece at the bottom really helps to keep it from clogging. The only time that mine has clogged was when I had a bunch of little limbs in the yard. If you're looking at it from the back, the left bag fills really well. The right side has the chute hanging over it a little too far. That's minor. The seal on the bags is poor. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews

So, I was a bit nervous about this purchase after reading some poor reviews. They mostly said the unit clogs, it took forever to assemble or the instructions were horrible. I'll give you the last one. They could definitely be a lot clearer, especially if you aren't mechanically inclined, but they still get the job done. Where’s the power flow head and pulley

First disappointed such an expensive item is babies plastic tubes. Unpacked and ready to install… no power head, pulley or belt. Is there a second carton Lowes failed to deliver or is it missing from the carton? The description states it comes with a power head??? Did I read incorrectly? What a let down. 2023 s180 John deere

Just bought a new jd s180 3 weeks ago and bagger unit just installed. Amazing job. Don’t look at all the bad reviews. Make sure you don’t go cheap. Get the blower attachment. 1100$. Well spent.

Clogs all the time

This is the worst bagging system I have ever used. It clogs all the time. If your grass is no more than 3 inches long, dry and yellow then this bagger will work for you. You have been warned! If you want to bag, I would suggest a smaller tractor than my 54" that doesn't utilize this blower motor design. Love my new tractor. Hate my bagger which makes my tractor useless for my purposes.

Worthless

Installed this on my D170, grass was dry and not high at all. I mowed approximately 20’ and it clogged and locked up. Cleaned it out and tried a very slow, crawling speed. Made it 20’ and it clogged and locked up. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! DO NOT BUY!!! Will be returning it to Lowes for full refund!!

belt replacement

Cannot find the belt size to get a replacement. Its not listed anywhere that i can find.
