Easy install; showed up quicker than expected.

Had this on backorder at the local John Deere dealer for a few weeks when I saw Lowes had it as well. I put it in my cart, but when I went back the next morning, it was removed as it was now (again) out of stock. Checked the next day and it showed as available, so I jumped on it. This was 8/19. Gave me a delivery date of 9/4, and that was OK. Sure enough I get a notice on 8/24 order is ready for pickup. Pretty easy to install; just look to YT for videos because the included instructions ca...

Game changer

I installed this on my z315e in about an hour. Everything you need to eliminate the side shute and change the clippings from noticable to about 25% the normal size. I usually have to go back and blow off the lawn for about 15 minutes and with this attachment I spent maybe 5 minutes doing a once over on what was slightly visible. I feel the clippings are small enough to get down to the soil and not just sit on top. Sturdy construction if installed properly. Watch a YouTube video first it helps. E...

I love quality products

Would Not Recommend

This mulching kit is basically 2 blades, 3 pieces of plastic and about a dozen bolts. If you have any rocks in your yard, beware, plastic parts don’t like rocks. Also, if you let your grass get very tall before cutting you’ll have to cut it without mulching and then go back over the yard to mulch the clippings. Overall, works fairly well, but is extremely overpriced for what you get!
