Kudos to Lowes

Actually the 5 stars is for Lowes. The item I purchased did not work. I called Lowes and they quickly arranged to have it picked up and credited to my credit card. I was impressed.

Lasted 3 weeks. L*we's won't accept return.

Would Not Recommend

Bought this in November and unwrapped it on Christmas Day. It worked until Jan 17 and then the volume knob stopped working. Lowe's says it's too old and they won't return it. It's possible the manfucturer's warranty will replace it, but now I have to mess with that. This will teach me to not shop at C*stco. Never again.
