No back jets...But says for full body experience

I bought at the store and only display showed back and side jets. My contr picked up and had covered whole time doing bathroom to protect it. Yesterday bath complete and I ran water not realizing that three jets on each side and no back jets. Makes no sense. Very upset as all tile up and not sure what I can do now. I have back issues. Feel like crying. Stupid design for 6030 model. Don't think it will really do what u expect.

Arrived damaged

When I removed the tub from the shipping box the top lip on one end was broken off. It appeared to have been dropped hard on that end as the motor was ripped loose from its mount. As of today have waited three weeks for replacement.
