HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!!!
The finish on this toilet is horrible. The bowl has to be brushed after practically EVERY solid waste use. I wish I could reinstall my old toilet. I guess there's a reason that Jacuzzi no longer sells toilets and Lowe's no longer sells Jacuzzi toilets.

I bought this toilet and had it professionally installed in march of 2019. I purchased this one since I was in a pinch and needed a 10 inch rough in toilet.. boy was that a mistake. This toilet constantly clogs which I believe is due to poor design. You can see on the side that the piping bends very sharply, this wouldn't be a huge problem if the toilet had a stronger flush. Pretty much any time we use this you have to flush twice. My other toilets are kohler and do not have this problem. Unfort...

I replaced a toilet about year ago with this Jacuzzi and its been reliable and quiet, no issues at all. Needed another toilet replaced so i knew what to buy again. I will buy it again when the 3rd bathroom needs a new toilet.

This priduct was recommended by my contractor he has several in rental houses and has had very good succes So far so good for us i like the style and heighth very much just a little akward that it doesnt sit flush against the wall the plumbing i have has it sitting about an 1” & 1/2 from the wall

The toilet itself is just another toilet. We needed ADA compliant due to our age and physical condition. What was special was the competence, professionalism, speed, and demeanor of the installation contractor team. They were courteous and pleasant the entire time.
