I bought this lathe to replace an antique lathe that was starting to have parts wear out, and am I glad I did! Lowe's had it on sale for roughly $600 off. After placing the order, I heard nothing about shipping until contacting customer service over a week after placing the order. I was informed the lathe had shipped and given an approximate delivery date. Once delivered, the driver unloaded and placed it in the car port.
