Waited a month for a cracked window.

Would Not Recommend

This review will be a rant/review. I can’t honestly tell you if it’s the manufactures fault or workers just manhandling things in the transportation at this point because we also had a horrible time with broken cabinets through lowes upon arrival (and some not arriving at all). The window has a crack in the bottom right corner you cannot see until unwrapping the whole window making it “used”. Our experience with going back in to get help with these things has not been great either. We were brus...

Defective Rail

Would Recommend

The brand new window that I had received had a bent rail at the end which prevents me from fully closing the window. I will be seeking a refund for this purchase.

Window purchase

Would Recommend

I originally ordered six windows, upon pick up one was cracked. The hardest part is that it takes longer to get these windows about two months. So now I have to wait for another window to come. That’s the only disappointing part.

Great Value

Would Recommend

Replaced 12 aluminum windows with these. Every window fit perfect and looks great. Excellent quality at a great price. Would definitely buy again. The screens however were poor quality-just a bad batch??? Will reach out to JELD-Wen for replacement.

Nice Sliding Window.

Would Recommend

Product was special ordered and was prepaid. When it arrived in the time expected, I was timely contacted, and when I picked it up, the store was ready as it was waiting on a cart. It was well packaged and undamaged. It was a direct fit replacement and DIY installation went smoothly. It is a beautiful window and operates perfectly! I am happy with this home improvement sliding window.
