Quality windows

Received 2 weeks before anticipated. No packing or boxes to protect them, but no defects noted. Looks to be great quality. Looking forward to installing them.

Disappointment with quality & parts

Would Not Recommend

I bought 5 jeldwen sliding windows through lowes online and not impressed with the quality. It was V-2500 35-1/2-in x 35-1/2-in Left-Handed window, each window was around 250$. Not impressed with quality, they are light, not sure if strong enough to withhold extreme weather, specially winters. Also sliding window is not aligning when I close it. Quality is bad after installation. Infact one window came in so bad that glass part was hanging out, such a poor quality on that one and so risky as gla...

The window was ok. The problem was that it had been damaged on two corners. It looked like it had been drugged across the floor or parking lot. The manager was very helpful with this matter.

The new vinyl double pane windows looks great and hopefully works better than the 30 year old ones they replaced. New windows came in on the day they were promised.
