Window was not wrapped, No protection
This window had no wrap or protection of any type. there was marks on the glass and scuffs on the window frame. The edges and corners were bent over. I asked the associate about it not being wrapped he said it is how they come. going through the window section in the warehouse every single windows was wrapped in plastic and was protected. I had to pruchase osb board to sandwich the windows so that it was protected for my drive home.

Screen?
We ordered the window but had problems with communication, I think. Somewhere in between the window being transported to the store and them notifying us it was there. Once we got the window, it was easy to install. Looks great! Yes, it came with a screen. Now my problem it getting the screen out to clean the window. The screen does not slide, and it's in there so tight I can not get it out. If there is a trick to it, I don't understand.
