Deliver is over 2x late

Would Not Recommend

Ordered these Oct 21. Were supposed to arrive Nov 17. It's now Dec 19, when I was told the late delivery would happen, still nothing. Throughout this whole time, lowes has shown an estimated delivery of these to be 3 weeks out. Don't order these windows unless you can wait 3 months for them.

Delayed, no update, don’t order from Lowe’s online

Would Not Recommend

I’d give less stars if I could still don’t have it. Ordered on October 12th, it’s currently November 23rd. Original order delivery was November 6th which was a bit far out but figured shouldn’t get too much rain, and will have in time to finish up for thanksgiving. November 7th I went to the store, no update on website. Store calls company, they say it’s delayed but can give no update on delivery. I show up a week later store calls up company and they say November 21st. I show up November 21 t...

Black exterior? Not entirely. Bright white strips wrapping over from the interior. Looks aweful. Will have to spray paint black.

Kind of snowed

Would Not Recommend

The description does not state that the inside of the window is white! Not until you get to the 3rd screen does it state that it's white. It took a long time to get here and by that time it was too late to reorder, my builder needed to get it done. Very disappointed!

Ordered $20k worth of crap

Would Not Recommend

Ordered windows for a Barndominium build. Ordered in Feb. arrived in May, installed in July. Stored appropriately and out of 21 windows and two sliding glass doors, only three windows were unharmed. All the others were warped from the shrink wrap being wrapped so tightly around the center of the windows. Most do not close completely. Both sliders do not close and lock. Screens on sliders useless and bent. Lowe’s said since they were ordered in Feb. ( I called after install in July) it had been “...

Good Windows

Would Recommend

Windows looked weird at first given their different colors inside and out, but they actually go along nicely with what we are doing with the house. Dimensions are great as we used them in a corner to really open up the living room area.
