Only buy if you can install yourself.
The item is fine. It just takes weeks to get someone to install it from Lowe's. They have to have someone measure your doorway. That man looked at the door and said "great you already have the door from Lowe's, it should go quickly. 2 weeks later I have been told the store needs to approve it. Monday I got another call to tell that it was approved and would now go in queue for installation which I may be contacted in the next few days, but that it takes 2 business days for them to get the reques...

False advertising. The door is actually 79 inches
The door is actually 79 inches high. Very misleading and borderline false advertising. Because of this, it’s not a true fit replacement for the existing 80 inch door.

Great delivery service by personnel.
Found the exact fire door I needed. Delivery w/in 2 days, but initial estimate of time was 9 am - 9 pm. Yiks! That is asking a lot of busy people to stay home waiting for 12 hrs. Happy to say, the evening before scheduled delivery, they narrowed it down to 3 hrs AND on the day of delivery, I received a message regarding the # of my delivery on their route AND a 20 minute "heads up" text from the driver from the stop before mine.
