The umbrella is great but the base leaks water and Lowes could only replace the whole purchase which was too much work to pack everything up and haul it back. Lowes suggested contacting manufacturer customer service, but their email box is full, so there is no way to reach them. I am guessing they must have a lot of issues if they can’t even read their email.

The base came bolted on crooked so the umbrella wouldn’t stand straight up. Lowes was unhelpful when I called about an exchange saying it would be several weeks. The delivery was also a week late. Not worth the money or the time.
No adjustments can be made
Love the umbrella and the colors great,but I can't use it because the base that was supposed to come with it didnt. So therefore it just stands there,tips over when I open it.

Portable Gazebo
Very nice portable gazebo. Very simple to put up once you get past the lack of instructions. They are not good at all. They consist of a few very small black and white drawings. With that said if you have even the slightest ingenuity it goes together very easy. The frame is sturdy, the covering fabric is nice and the screened enclosure really tops it off!
Maybe used?
Received gazebo and put it up. It was not difficult to assemble. Took about 45 minutes. Would have been sooner but directions were just ok. It also appears to have been used before. I cant be sure because it was packaged well, but there was dirt inside already and some staining on roof? Other than that its a nice unit. Seems well made and I’m sure we’ll enjoy it.
