Sturdy but with some major issues.
Sturdy set however there are issues with some drill holes not lining up and with the holes too big that causes the screw to strip and not tighten. Also, the picture shows that the cushions are 5" or so thick but the actual cushion provided are only a couple inches thick and not supportive making sitting in the chairs less than comfortable. Finally, the seat back is very upright, so the seated position is not the best.
