Impressive patio umbrella

Easy to assemble and it provides ample coverage for a small-medium patio area. Base not included. Assembly was very easy and it took less than 20 minutes for one person. The guide says 5 minutes : )

Bait and switch?

First, the good news. I ordered the umbrella on the 8th and it was delivered within 4 days which was 3 days earlier than expected. That being said, it was not the umbrella I ordered, which I didn't realize until I set it up. At first, I thought they forgot to include the base, which was supposed to be included and the main reason I chose THIS umbrella. No biggie, I'll just call them and I'm sure they'll send it. Then I realized there was also no zippered umbrella cover and the umbrella I receive...

Quality product at a very reasonable price.

Love the cantilever umbrella. Delivery & assembly easy. Have an issue with one of the base cap threads. Can’t close it. Trying to reach them via email but mailbox is full. I will keep trying to reach so they can send a new one.

The umbrella was delivered without the base and does not come with the pedal to rotate it. The advertisement is misleading and the fact that the Lowe's representatives putt the onus on the customer to contact the manufacturer is absolutely absurd! Disappointed, to say the least - Not only in the false advertising but also just customer care!

this umbrella is advertised with a weighted base included. however, the base did not come. several calls to customer service, telling us we had to contact the manufacturer (which by the way only had an email address that is full,10 attempts in 2 days!!!). finally gave me the# to the lowes store that it was sent to for delivery, who verified only the umbrella was on the packing slip. was going to contact the manufacturer and get back to us. that was 2 days ago. we had this delivered because of is...

No Base

The Weighted base was supposed to be included but I did not receive it.

Keeps the bugs out!

Most importantly, the directions are in the side pocket of the rolling bag. We couldn’t find them at first. Luckily, it is pretty intuitive when assembling. I definitely recommend two people to set this up. It took us about 20 minutes to set up for the first time. I imagine it will be quicker now that we’ve done it before. I am super excited to use this for parties, sporting events and my daughter’s graduation.

Great portable gazebo!

This is a very simple and very robust gazebo. The entire package is well secured within a rolling softcase and includes everything you would need for a backyard event or day at the beach. The entire unit goes up in minutes and secures well with the included leg bags (for sand) or the included tie downs with stakes. Very nice pop up gazebo

This pop up gazebo looks great! It wasn't quite what I expected, I thought maybe more of a permanent gazebo but it's actually an accordion type gazebo that opens up and is very substantial. I think something like this could be used as a sunshade for a lot of different things. For instance, a wedding a get together with friends, and definitely camping, (glamping with this).
