International Concepts Brown Wood Base with Wood Wood Top Kitchen Island ( 24-in x 48-in x 36-in )

Great addition

After using paper & boxes the same size as island. I placed it in my kitchen area first. Wanted to make sure it didn’t hamper other areas. After checking all parts, we painted everything , except top, using both Kilz as a primer then exterior semigloss. We then put it together in exact spot where the ‘dummy’ island was. We used Howard cutting board oil. Used about 5 coats. It’s perfect. I also bought square felt pads for the legs.

Island Table

Easy to put together but two people definitely needed. Most parts a quite heavy. Some type of paint or poly are needed to coat the raw wood. I used water base poly & it looks great. My wife loves it & that’s what counts. Made in Viet Nam by possibly relatives of somebody know.

Exceeded expectations

Excellent value for the price! After shopping around for a simple island, I stumbled on this. It's extremely sturdy, and well built. A nice solid piece that can be stained or painted to match our space. The fact that I found what I wanted at a fraction of the price from other high end markets, makes me happy!

Not happy

Received the order but it was missing the hardware and assembly instructions. Will take 5-7 days for them to send missing hardware and assembly instructions.
