Not as quiet as I was expecting it’s a newer level, I think had an Evolution which was so extremely quiet.

I regret buying this.
I would give this a zero if I could. I ordered this online for my mother’s house thinking that a InSinkerator would be a good brand, but when the plumber came and installed it, the disposal leaked massive amounts of water from the main housing. Had to take it back out and pay much more for one from the plumbers company. Skip this one unless you want to spend a lot of additional time and money.

Constant Motor Start Failures
I purchased this product in April of 2025, installed by a plumber in May/June. I have continuous issues with the motor humming and hesitating starting up and very often it will just trip it's internal overload. The unit is never jammed and the allen key will spin it freely. There is either a design issue with the Insinkerator wall outlet adapter wiring, or the motor is failing.

Early days, as yet but the product seems to be sound. It is however absurd that one has to buy a separate power cord, so called "easy connect" at $17.95. There are no terminals for conventional connection. The cord should be included in the package.
