Excellent Vise for Homeowners
I have an older version of this vise which quick adjusts by turning the spindle counter-clockwise in the opening direction, thus freeing up the jaws to be pulled out. I have gotten so much use out of my vise for many, many projects over the close to 20 years I have had it (bought it at Lowes then), with no degradation in function, just lube it occasionally and it will outlast you.

Bought his for my garage.. setup was easy. Wish it came with mounting bolts, which required a another trip to the hardware store. Not sure why they don't include bolts with the device that is meant to be mounted. The quick adjustment is nice. It's a great vise for light or medium work.. not meant for heavy duty work.
