Lights Turn Off/Dim Without Warning
Like other reviews I've seen, these fans (I purchased 3 in this color and 1 in black) suffer the same malfunctions; the light will randomly dim to the lowest setting/turn off and slowly turn back on. I did "fix" one fan by resyncing the light switch panel with the fan...it took awhile as the frequencies must have gotten confused and 1 switch panel controlled 3/4 rooms LOL. They look beautiful installed and the fan function is great, but this is a really disappointing malfunction for such a hig...

Two defective fans in a row
I recently reviewed this fan and described how one of the slots for the fan blade was off preventing the blade from being installed. Just received the replacement, was excited to get it installed and when I took the motor out of the plastic wrap I noticed numerous scratches on the side of fan motor body. How does this happen? Vintage yet modern
Perfect in living room. Soft gold /brass like a matte. White blades blend into the ceiling yet the gold is a nice accent.

Poor quality control
This is the third Hepburn fan we've installed in our home. They are beautiful and move a decent amount of air. This one was defective on arrival - the slots where the blades go were skewed and one blade could not be installed without excessive force. When running you can see the lower part of the motor, where the fan blades mount, is wobbling. Causes the blade misalignment. Very disappointed that something like that gets through. Glam Fan
I bought this Fan for my Granddaughter's Room. It is very Chic and Elegant. A bit of a Trick to put the Switch in, but managed OK. My Granddaughter Loves It and makes her Room very Stylish.
