This thermostat cannot be used on heat pumps with backup heat, multistage systems or electric baseboard heating
The RTH20B is a direct replacement for the RTH2300B and a replacement for the RTH221B, offering 5-2 day scheduling

Set thermostat at 73 degrees. Temp go to 74 degrees. Air conditioning turns on. Temp hits 73 degrees but air conditioner stays on until the temp reaches 72 degrees. The heat part of the thermostat works the same way!

Needs background light
I’ve had this thermostat for about a year now. I original had a nest thermostat and while I really liked it, it would not stay connected to my phone. I think I kept zapping it with static electricity and it would make the Wi-Fi part in it go out. So I just bought something simple. Don’t buy the installation
I bought the installation with this . Was suppose to be at my home May 12 th. Between 12 and 2. Nobody showed up. I called I was told between 8 am and 8 pm nobody showed up. Wasted my whole day!! Went back to store and got my money back!! It was a no show

Very very confusing. I cannot turn On AC when i want. Such an irritating setup this system has. When I want to change the temperature the screen is locked and itdoesnt allowmw to change. Oneof the worst thermostats i have ever used
